How to Return

RETURN POLICY

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Shoplez.com
1. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return box if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

Wrong item
Texture or quality problem
Wrong quantity
Quality – damaged product
Defective
Product conditions Delivery – parts missing
Customer change of mind
Product is different from what was ordered


2. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.

Return Form.

• For defective items, note that you have 2 days to return your product. After this period, we do not accept returns. We advise you to contact the manufacturer if theproduct has a Warranty.

For refund:

you are required to provide the following:
1. Code of item
2. Amount
3. Quantity
4. Full Address
5. Bank details
6. Uploaded pictures of items
